ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Established and tenured State Farm Insurance Agency is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative to join our busy office.
Our office is located at Northridge, CA. We provide insurance and financial services to our clients including Auto, fire, Business, life insurance and health insurance. Our Agency goal is to protect our clients' assets and provide excellent customer service as our clients depend upon our prompt response to their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance regarding their insurance policies, payment, insurance coverage issues, as well as general inquiries.
- Make outgoing calls to offer options and other insurance products.
- Keep track of all customers' inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions were answered in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle complaints, help with onboarding new clients, present appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- willing to get licensed as soon as possible.
- Must be positive and proactive.
- Strong work ethics.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening skills
- must be motivated, determined, intentional and enthusiastic.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
